Hi and thank you for stopping by my site. My name is Yeonhy Hyong and I am the owner and founder of Fit Revolution.  I am a nationally certified trainer and have been training for over 15 years.

Initially, I was on a path to pursue my doctorate in Physical Therapy. I was advised to try Personal Training to see if I enjoyed working closely with clients one on one.

There is something so rewarding about being able to help another person achieve their health and fitness goal.  It’s such a personal road, often filled with mental and emotional challenges. From weight loss, strength gain, mobility or flexibility – I have trained all levels with varying injuries and medical conditions.  My BA in Health Science from Northwestern really helped me understand how to work with the body.  My Tae Kwon Do background helped me understand how to work with the mind, goal setting and focus.  I have a 5th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do and use it to mix things up in class.

The first thing we will do together is discuss your current exercise routines and what is motivating you.

I want to know what your goals are, how hard you are willing to work, what you eat and when (and drink) and what your background is in fitness.  From there I begin to write your program to help you get to your goals.  It is a journey that we are very much in together and I take it seriously.  Whether its group training, personal, or a mix of both, I take great pride in being available for each client so we can achieve your best results.
