For group or personal training, we have sessions Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, morning, afternoon or evening.

Group Training

We take great pride in providing energy and passion to our group sessions.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays

9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

Mondays, Fridays
6p.m – 7p.m.
7p.m. – 8p.m.

1:15p.m. – 2:15p.m.

Our group fitness classes are capped at 6-8 individuals with 1-2 trainers per class. The groups are still tailored to each individual level and often include several workouts in 1 group – all in a great and energetic environment. We recommend 2-3 classes per week for noticeable results.

Personal Training

With personal sessions you are getting a specific tailor-made program with your best results in mind.

Your Schedule, Your Time

There is a focused quality control that occurs in personal sessions that helps with all levels of your fitness journey: form, tempo of the workout, and education on each movement and what it’s doing for you. Personal sessions are based on your schedule so we are flexible. It also comes with nutrition guidance and accountability. From recovery, core work, weight loss and strength gain – personal sessions cover it all in a detailed and accurate format. Many clients will combine both group and personal.
